It's pretty clear.
Thanks for the info and follow up. I've got an SQ flight coming up in Feb where I need Velocity earning. I feel more prepared now, in case the earning doesn't come in automatically.
Just to report back, my SQ revenue flight came into velocity after two days. BOM-SIN

Update,
Flew Singapore Airlines July 2022. Finally Received Velocity Status Credits & Points for the last flight, Sin - Per on 27th Jan 2023 but not first 3 flights. Received them a week after we returned from another SA flight to the U.S.A on 1st March 2023.
Our last flight to USA in February 2023 was credited immediately after each flight.
Hope this thread has helped someone.
