Over on FT they have a Travel Photography thread, but I haven't seen one here. (Maybe it would kill the site, particularly given the size of some photo's). Admin please advise?

However, following TonyHancock and Misha's advice on irresponsible use of red wine, I thought I might post these two of my favourite photo's;

Copacabana beach, taken from the top of Sugarloaf Mountain,

Oberjoch ski run, in the Bavarian Alps.

OIM 055.jpg

I have many more favourite photo's, but.. show me yours and I'll show you mine.. :cool:

Although I am currently on the iPhone so have no photos available I think this would be a great addition to AFF.

Sydney 2000 Olympic Flame, not a great picture but it was more of getting up to watch the Olympic vote in 1993 and then going to watch a few of the events.

Melbourne 2003 when I did a mini mileage run to Hobart. BA no longer fly to Melbourne.

Not what I was expecting, I thought we would have a couple of pages of penguins. Great shot though.

Mine is from Notre Dame in Paris three years ago.

I haven't edited the lights in to the top left corner out, but I normally do when I've printed it. I love the light and odd angle I got.

You guys get to to go to some nice places! :)

I'm liking this thread, some great pics, Copacabana beach looks spectacular.

I'll be posting here once i have my new camera and have been to Wolverhampton!
