Famous people seen (or even met) whilst flying or lounging

It pains me to describe him as "famous" but Luke Mangan pulled into Virgin valet parking behind me yest and then got all DYKWIA in order to be served first. Was not impressed.

He might have been in a hurry to deliver some more LM inspired wraps.. Or perhaps realistically another photo shoot.. :D

I travelled with the Wallabies today. I was wondering who all the guys with matching jackets were, but the pilot wished them luck in their game against the All Blacks on Saturday, so that gave it away. I'm not much of a sports fan.

Kylie Minogue was on EY460 AUH-MEL that landed yesterday (Weds) evening. Naturally she was in F.... we were in J and had been in the Flounge at AUH but hadn't seen her - it was only when the slightly breathless (female) immigration officer mentioned that she had just gone through did we realise.
Then she stood next to me at baggage claim, surrounded by airport & EY staff of course. She is... diminutive!
She must have been bringing 'contraband' into the country as she was directed to the customs inspection area as we headed for the exit. Look for her on Ch7 Border Patrol soon as signs stated they were filming.

Samantha Armitage from C7 on VA877 tonight from Melbourne. Looking very stylish!

Also saw Brynne Edelstein (sitting very close to a younger and better looking model than the doctor) and Michael Klim in a very packed Melbourne lounge.

On VA327 MEL-BNE on the final leg of 'Why fly direct when you can connect" Hong Kong trip.

Kicked out of my pre-allocated row 3 (to row 14) on Virgin flight by '5 Seconds Of Summer' - opening band for One Direction. Ended up being seated next to Big Brother contestant Caleb Geppert (and apparent ex Virgin and Emirates hostie and now a fireman), and an unknown (to me) Bulls player. Got all the Big Brother gossip (not that I actually watch it). I got mobbed by 100's of teenage girls when leaving the plane (or maybe they were waiting for the rock band :). An eventful end to a long flight home.......

Bill Shorten with entourage walking behind him like they do in The Thick Of It (and other shows) in the Virgin end of T2 in SYD. He really needs to swing his arms when he walks!

Thought C7 Sunrise was sponsored by Jet* so would of thought Sam and the others were expected to fly them.
Earlier in the year in Melbourne I did hear her and another C7 "celebrity" who's name escapes me being called as they were last passengers to board a JQ flight to Sydney.
