Over the weekend, I was on the same flight as the Adelaide United FC players and staff. It would've been two flights but we all got caught in BNE overnight as they wouldn't hold the flight to ADL (due to the curfew) even though I think they could've made it and it would likely have been cheaper to spend more on fuel and make up time in the air than compensating passengers (I'm still waiting for my claim to be processed).
