Possibly because of the removal of the 100% “Death Duties”?

You can now transfer a total stash to NOK (or maybe as per a Will). Which makes sense not having a cap.
 
So if I could possibly get QFF to change my phone number this would be good.But as they send a code on my old phone number which is not mine anymore I can't change it. Emailing QFF,contacting on facebook and X has resulted in total silence. And as a lowly bronze I will not ring their generic number and waste a day.

Not much of a wait for the FF service centre generally. It's not reservations.
