Jnr#2 and I just did coast to coast Mel - Per. I know I set up Family Pooling for the trip and have the confirmation email, but on checking my account, only my SC's & points have posted. I checked back to the booking, and realised that I didn't add Jnr's VFF number when booking the flights. I found the BP's for the Mel-Per flight, but am pretty sure I left the BP's for the Per-Mel in the seat back pocket (actually it was the bulkhead).

1. Who makes the claim (I am Plat.)?
2. Is it going to be a problem that I don't have the return BP (we were checked in both ways via The Lounge staff)?

Shouldn't be a problem at all as long as Jnr's name on the booking matches the name on the FF account. Just fill in the retro form on the website in his account and the points should show up fairly soon. Once they credit to his account they will automatically go to yours straight away.

Cool, thanks. I't was stupid of me not to grab the BP's when leaving - rookie mistake (even more of a rookie mistake not quoting the FF number when booking)!
