Canadian Fairmont hotels can be very large with vast numbers of guests so the Gold rooms and lounge access IMHO is well worth it rather than fighting the hoards over breakfast buffet, plus evening canopies and drinks are generally very good.Looking for advice on booking Fairmont Gold rooms in Canada...is the extra expense worth the benefits?
Is the complementary breakfast usually the same breakfast you get when you pay for breakfast in an ordinary room?
Thanks
Have stayed at all those hotels and experience was great. I liked the PanPacific in Vancouver as modern with great views. Lake Louise is brilliant with great hikes and so many things to do there. Banff was also a great but I enjoyed the beauty of Lake Louise was better.Over the next year I may have the opportunity to go to the Vancouver, Banff, and Lake Louise Fairmonts
