F Lounge Access on MH

I am QFF WP and am flying out of SYD on MH (work choice). can I get access to the QF F Lounge? if not what lounges will I have access to (flying business).

Yes, your WP status gets you in as long as you're booked on a One World flight (which Malaysian is).
