Expiring Westpac Credit Card

My Westpac Krisflyer platinum card is expiring this month, How late do Westpac send out replacement cards? I've not recieved them in the mail or a letter asking me to collect from branch. Kinda worried that I might get stuck without a card next month & the posiblity my new cards may have been stolen from the mailbox.

You'll usually receive replacement cards approx. a week before expiry. It's very annoying!

The cards are sent out a week or two before the old expiry date. Apparently too many people lost their cards when they used to send them earlier.

Finally got my new cards on Thursday (26/4), 3 business days before the old cards expire.
