Hi guys!
I have been asking about the issue of obtaining the B2 visa with a criminal record on this forum a month ago.
Few days ago I went down to the Sydney US consulate and guess what--my visa have been approved!
So according to my experience they don't really need to know if your criminal record is an non-moral turpitude one.
Good luck to everyone that have a similar issue :)
Hope this post help!
