I was expecting a bit more from this article, but I feel its one big advertorial which as Mediawatch shows on the ABC is becoming the norm for even The Age or SMH.

Travel tips from the experts: How travel professionals travel

I'm sure if they picked a handful of people from AFF they would have received a little bit more of an insight into travel. But then again, shouldn't be too critical as "first-timers" will/might find it useful.

Click bait.......

I like how the cruise ship captain's favorite holiday location is Colorado. (probably on top of mountain in a cabin with no people)

I don't know if I'd go as far as to say it was click bait, it did show what the title said it would which was provide travel tips from people whom are working in the travel industry.

Not every article about travel has to be written with AFFers in mind. We travel far more frequently than the average person, and are already aware through experience of the pitfalls and shortcuts which can be taken, the average person whom does their annual family holiday may never have thought about the quantity of baggage to bring, or know the rules of security. Therefore any article which educates those whom don't go overseas multiple times a year can only be a good thing.
