I have a Lowes poly fleece armless vest $10 on special.
Two big pockets, one top one. With modification, takes 6 kilos.
Flannelette shirt lining /pockets added.

Combine with $5 scale from HK and you are set.

I have a special jacket I call my Rex jacket. The difference between my QF,JQ baggage and the 15KG allowance on Rex mysteriously disappears into the jacket!;)
