Ex LHR march/april specials?

Hiya peoples,

just wondering if anyone knows of any OW specials travelling between LHR and OZ (pref MEL) ???

Im wanting to bring a few friends back home to oz for a couple weeks around march/april - the best i can find are 880quid (1600aud) return fairs with QF/BA!

Also - anyone know why you cant book flights ex LHR with JAL??? you can fly to LHR with JAL but not from???

Any advice/help muchly appreciated!

You should be able to find ex UK on QF for about GBP600 return; Qantas aren't on a sale just at the moment; so I would give it a few weeks when school is back and everyone is back to work and you should see a few specials come out; this is as long as you don't need an exact date, which then you should just book now to lock it in and get it done

i have no set date - anytime around march/april id be happy with - i really thought qf would have released their specials by now - at least here in the UK! Everyone is back to work and school now!!

will give it a week or two and see what happens!!

After Easter hols, the fares for UK to Australia drop

Late april MH is GBP627 including taxes LHR-MEL r/t and Qantas is GBP659 inc tax ( fare valid for travel from 16th April )

There is availability on the 16th April

For late march/early april I would not be expecting too many cheap fares given that easter is on the 4th April
