Hey Everyone,

I finally set foot on a Woolies in a long time after receiving a decent offer from them (basically receive 1900 EDR points for any shop at Woolies). I picked up a couple of items, scanned my EDR card and sure enough on the screen I was advised that 1000 QF points would be transferred over shortly. This was on Sunday. I've checked my QF account today and noticed that the points haven't yet posted. This despite my EDR account showing that the points have already been deducted on Sunday to make the transfer. From my experience these points move over very quick indeed (maybe a day?).

Any ideas what is going on here?

My experience (so far) is that they are transferred pretty much the same day as a rule, or the very next day, as an exception. Last time I hit the 2000 EDR points was on 21/09/22 and the points were transferred the same day.
 
They definitely seem to be having some issues. I've had some points waiting to be transferred now for a week and they're still sitting there. I suspect they've got some tech issues, because points transfers from around a few weeks earlier are listed are no longer in my history, and all recent transactions are listed differently than what they used to.

Funny thing is, I had went over the 2000 points threshold by 12 points. So the app shows 12 points in the homepage, but the transaction history page doesn’t show the conversion line item .. definitely an IT issue … the points are converted within a 2 day delay from when accrued …
 
Update: Last week I managed to earn a further 2000 EDR points which got converted and about two days later I magically saw the 2,000 QFF points land in my account. Weird.

I am banking for xmas, and my latest 6k ER points didn't get converted to cash. Transactions made 8 october.

QF points have finally been transferred across overnight after I could see them quarantined within the Everyday Rewards app for the last 12 days...

I have not had a transfer since mid-October and now I am owed 4k, anyone else experiencing delays in transfer ?
 
I have 3000 QFF pts in limbo! I Completed a promo last Wed and immediately the self-checkout and app said I had QFF pts coming ($30 = 3000) but they’ve not arrived (usually they land same or next day).

I can see in the Rewards app when I click on my card (Pay) that I have 2x fuel vouchers (lower right) but 3000 QFF pts (lower left). I don’t recall seeing anything there before.

Anyone else seen this issue?
 
Can confirm same issue last week, eventually on Sunday I changed from QFF points to $10 off shop, then back again, the points landed almost immediately.

Glitch in the matrix for sure, also saw this mentioned on another forum.
Yep. That dislodged the pts as quick a picoprep! 🤣

Thanks for the heads up, had 5k of QF pts sitting there and couldn't stand being on the phone with EDR for any longer.
 
Gosh I do love how broken the system is at times. Have had points sitting there for nearly a week from an online shop ready to be sent to QF - did an in-store shop this morning, points earned from that shop instantly appeared in QF while the online ones are still waiting. Never had that happen before. 😅
 
I'm seeing a 28 Nov "Qantas Points Conversion" in the Rewards app, but no corresponding deposit of points in the QFF account. Seems like something's up.

That happened to me once. Turning off QFF pts and back on usually gets them moving again.
