15000 points, when I spend $210 in one or more shops each week, for the next three weeks (starting today) - which is about my normal spend per week.

My offer was 14k points for $160/week for 3 weeks. BUT that is considerably higher than my normal spend so is not going to happen; an unsual big shop for me is $115; usual weekly is $90-$100.

Only a large house hold would spend $160, why dont they factor into demographics and usual spend?

They do. They want you to spend more. I find the offers generally creep up for spend until I ignore them.
