As posted on FlyerTalk, Eva Air has scattered availability for Brisbane to Amsterdam return in J in December for under $1300. The fare is bookable on Expedia (among others) and has a paltry $70 cancellation fee.

A good airline on which I've had a few trips, and a terrific fare but as things stand, Australian citizens are most unlikely to be allowed out of Oz to those destinations by December.
