Last sector with SQ back to Melbourne. In a 777. We initially booked 15 and 17 K, but changed to both of us being in row 15 when we boarded. At least on that row your feet don’t have to fit into a tiny box if you try to sleep. I still dislike their business class seats immensely. I thought the new QF ones were bad. The flight was smooth and early. We also had $400 worth of gift vouchers to spend in their on board shop, courtesy of the long delay we had on the flight to Milan. The boss found something she liked.

Overall SQ were very good. I certainly couldn’t fault their service, and I was as in the dark as the rest of you with regard to what went on behind the coughpit door.
