So I have trip with EY flying MEL - BOM in J on their A380s and I have requested an upgrade to their First Class Apartments using Miles and also via Select Upgrade i.e bidding online.

At the moment it seems they have 4 Seats available on MEL-AUH leg and 7 available on AUH-BOM Leg.
I am hoping I will get an upgrade either via miles or the online bid, however I would want to know if the miles upgrades are processed first or the Online Bid upgrades.

Do you guys have any idea about it ?

Thanks

Hi Glenn.im,

the miles upgrade will be processed first as long as seats are available, you have enough miles, and class is eligible for the upgrade! This can be done through the call center or online!

for the plusgrade, you can bid online! Your bidding will be reviewed 48 hours before departure by the Plusgrade team. This upgrade can be processed subject to availability/ higher bidding amount/ eligible class. It can be done for an adult and child, but not for a Pnr including an infant.

Thank you*Sky

If you use points and there is award availability as you mention you are guaranteed the seat and it is processed immediately.
