Etihad Guest Miles Crediting Delays

Have been flying with Etihad for many years now. Have Guest Gold Card. The miles used to be credited almost instantly but lately (since the Guest became a separate entity) one has to retroclaim on regular basis. Have complained but it is like sending it to a black hole. Any comments or similar experience?
