Congratulations to all the winners! FYI the departure date coincides with the start of the Holy month of Ramadan so expects to see restrictions on venues, activities and food and beverages selections..etc

Thanks. I can't remember exactly what I wrote but it included some references to cancelled trips, Melbourne lockdowns and wanting to fly overseas again after a few years of not really being able to (I get that it was possible but we didn't go anywhere).

I didn't use any tag lines (that I can recall).
 
Has anyone been able to contact the email or an organiser? I wanted to ask about how flying from Abu Dhabi and getting the return flight back would work. Would we have to leave after the 4 days? Is there flexibility for the return flight date? As it’s hard to know what date you’ll return with not enough planning time hahah

I am also a winner from Melbourne. I noticed the T&C stated that we will receive a Virgin flight to Sydney to connect with Eithad, but no mention of a return flight after the trip. Have any winners received a phone call yet?

I was thinking the same thing, I have not received a phone call either. In the T&Cs, it says they’re calling winners from the 8th-14th. Hopefully I get a call today!

If you don't get a phone call, will you just click through and complete the forms? Also the T & C states that you need 3 doses of Covid vaccination so there is a bit to get organised. Still super excited.
 
I wonder what the % of winners are from (only SYD and MEL) - Etihad cities or if we have any winners from WA, SA and QLD?

No call to me but we are SYD based in the first instance.

Shame they are not transferrable. Would have loved to have been able to offer them with proceeds to Caritas Ukraine War Relief appeal I am running, on a board I own, or those monies going to Etihad for their own version if they have one.
 
Also a winner. No status with Etihad. Have only received the email so far, no call, but we were on Norfolk Island until 14th with no phone service. Had a missed call yesterday from ‘unknown’ 🤔

Like justinm I am just delighted that I won and very appreciative of the opportunity. I wish I had screenshot what I wrote but do remember my first word was ‘everything!’

I am also delighted that others who entered but did not win in the first round may still get a chance to go.

Yes, I also received a phone call from Etihad last night concerning receipt of my details.
