Etihad codeshare points, sc not showing

Hi there,

My family took a flight from akl to cdg with a etihad code share on the 19th of sept. We have been credited for the dj and va legs but still no etihad credits.

I was hoping to do a points upgrade to business, but need the etihad credits to push me into gold territory. How long should it take? I am a tad nervous as it took since nov last year to get 8,000 points credited for a car rental until now to get them posted.

Has anyone had any luck obtaining pilot gold membership? I was hoping they would consider it as I am technically a platinum had my points credited properly, and am a bit annoyed that I have loyally used v australia and partners to earn the extra perks, sometimes paying more for the priviledge of earning more points/credits.

If worse comes to worse and I pay to upgrade, any advice how early I should do this at the airport, as I am going thru to Syd can I pay for the upgrade in Paris all the way thru to Syd?

Hi, my experience with Etihad SC and points being credited is anywhere between 1 week and 3 months!

I had flights credit 2 weeks after each leg of a recent european flight with Etihad. I just made sure to have my velocity number in the Etihad flight boarding call. Just as a side note I was able to upgrade only one leg of a Etihad flight at a time for cash at the airport if that's the option you are going to go for. Often it seems the auh - Australia legs have full capacity taken up in business.

I have had 8 Etihad flights and never had a problem with points posting within 1 week..... until now. My last flight from MUC-AUH 16th September has not posted. I have sent through a retrospective claim and tonight I have an email confirming it could take 4-6 weeks. Don't hold your breathe.....

At the airport, the gate staff took the whole stub, never got it back, didnt really worry at the time because I thought since I booked thru v australia i should be sweet.....very fustrating, as I should be gold, but nothing, i thought i should be earning bonus points as gold member

A bit late now, but for a flight when its possible the BP may be taken, I take a photograph of it before boarding.
