Hi,

I've not flown EY previously. I'm planning a trip in J from SYD to CDG. I'll be flying with my wife. I'm interested in other members' experiences in terms of the best seat location in the business Cabin on the Boeing 777?

Albyd.

If you want to sit together then go for one of the 'couples' seats row 9 or 11 E and F. If you are particularly tall or less mobile then stay out of the 'couples' seats and use a pair of the aisle facing seats such as anything in row 10 such as 10C/D or G/H and sit across the aisle from each other. These seats have more room for your legs and are more easily accessible but less private and prone to bumping.

I've flown EY J a few times with my other half and agree that the middle couple seats are the best bet.
I'm just under 6ft tall and was still very comfortable with the seat/bed leg room.

I am a 'big' 6' 2", and the boss is 5'11". The couples seats in J on the EY 777 are excellent as you are not worried by any of the traffic in the isle. EUROPA is correct in that the leg room is not as good as CX or even BA, but if you like talking to your partner they are excellent.

Avoid the isle seats in the middle, not good or private in my opinion. The window singles are magic however.
