Just got this mail below from Etihad Guest. Is it worth buying?
Earn up to 20% bonus miles
Hi missed our last offer? Don’t worry, bonus miles are back – but they won’t be around for long.

Buy miles until 29 February 2020 and you’ll earn up to 20% bonus miles free. Top up your balance and pay for your next flight, upgrade, hotel or holiday sooner!

How many miles will I earn?

Buy 6,000 - 20,000 miles and earn 10% bonus miles
Buy 21,000 - 40,000 miles and earn 15% bonus miles
Buy 41,000 miles and above and earn 20% bonus miles

It could be worth buying Etihad miles - I did during their last promo - but it depends what you want to use them for?

That’s encouraging, what did you use yours for if you don’t mind sharing.

That makes it Interesting to buy then.

You shouldn't ever really be buying miles though unless you have a specific redemption in mind, have checked for availability and plan to redeem as soon as you've received the miles. VA domestic J could be an exception as award availability isn't usually a problem, but you never know when the award charts could change etc.

If you already know what you're going to do with the miles, and you've done the maths to make sure you're getting a good deal, then go for it.
