The stores are in Sydney (Erskineville), Brisbane (Milton) and South Melbourne.

I've been to the Brisbane one a few times. You can get discounted makeup and perfumes (and mens skincare and colognes too). Not just EL but also Tommy, DKNY and Clinique (and others that I can't remember).
