I've noticed what appears to be an unwelcome enhancement this afternoon when trying to book 2 pax OOL-xMEL/SYD-PER in J.
At first, it appears I have a few options, at the expected 57k price point:

But on many, I expand to find that in fact, the longer of the two flights is in Y, with no pricing difference:

These then add to cart at the 57k price. In my case I was looking to book seats in J, and got pretty close to booking before I saw that popup which appeared below the fold for me a couple of times.
However these two segments seperately should price at 36,400 (18400 OOL-SYD in J, 18k SYD-PER in Y). Indeed, it prices correctly on the multicity system:

Until I realised I'd already selected seats in J, this in fact had me a bit worried I may have made wrong bookings in the past. I think, at the least, there should be an exclamation point next to the price/seat button, as the old engine had, to warn you of the mixed class when comparing alternatives.
Has anyone else experienced this?
