"Error with Travel Extras" on Booking Confirmation

Just booked MEL - BNE for myself and friend, both on the one booking. Saver fares (not saver lite), no travel extras, just the flights which come with included baggage.

However, on the website it comes up with a little error notice at the top of the booking: "Error with travel extras purchased: There has been an error with some Travel Extras purchased, please contact our Guest Contact Centre for further assistance."

Is this normal? Should I be getting this message even without having booked travel extras like cars, hotels, travel insurance etc? Do I need to ring them, or is it just another simple VA website glitch?

I had something similar the other day where it defaulted to travel insurance, and I selected POLI as payment method. Did you make sure you had un-ticked it?
