Error message on Award booking

can someone help here.
Trying to book a Qantas award flight in May / June 2015 for 2 in business class.

Seats show as being available on Qatar, however after completing passenger details, and progressing to payment screen, eror message appears:

Qantas.com flight search error:
We are unable to confirm the fare for the flights you have selected from the airlines we search.
Please cancel these segments and choose a different fare or flights and resubmit your confirmation request.
(15012 - 421)
Start over


I have sent the details toQantas.

I've had this error trying to book through fares on CX like SYD - HKG - BKK on the QF site. There are seats available on both flights but sometimes they don't allow ticketing of the two flights together. That may be the issue here. Ringing call centre doesn't help as they can't force the ticketing and I've just had to bite the bullet and book 2 separate awards if I can't find any other solution.
