Entertainment Book & Coles Split - No 5% Discount

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere (I did spend time searching for a thread).

The Entertainment Book and Coles no longer have a relationship so I can no longer buy Coles Gift cards at a 5% discount. Such a shame as I used to buy my $4000 annual limit year on year.

Thankfully, Woolworths cards are still available so I'm going to transfer my spending to Woolworths et al. which probably means I'll be getting petrol at Woolworths vs Shell too.

My spending probably won't make any difference to Coles but I hope that they reverse their decision in the near future.

If anyone has the Ambassador Card (I do through Professionals Australia) they have the 5% offer on Coles and Woolworths gift cards.

Just looked at the Ambassador Club website and they are asking $199 for membership.

Any clues on professional organisations that provide a discount?

Word is Coles are removing all the discounts as the contracts expire, I would be hesitant to pay any money to chase those unless you can be sure its an instant saving to recover whats spent.

As mentioned earlier Professionals Australia membership includes an Ambassador Card. Can PM anyone my membership no. should they wish to say they were referred.
