Apologies if this question has already been asked but any suggestions on using Enrich miles for other airlines. e.g. if i wanted to fly to the USA from Australia without having to go via KL.

you can fly to the us via hkg with cx. you will have to ring enrich up to book cx flights

Yes of course you can. You can redeem on oneworld partners, including Qantas direct to USA (that's if you can find availability :p ). You can also redeem on multiple oneworld partner airlines (if availability is a problem on Qantas) on a multi carrier award, with up to 5 stops that are greater than 24 hours (eg. you do QF from Australia to US, do some hops within the US and return via either Hong Kong, Tokyo or London etc). All partner bookings need to be done over the phone using call centre, they cannot be booked online.

Thanks dajop and lordgarlic. The call centre is a bit of a challenge-whenever I use it I seem to get a bad line !! When booking on other airlines, do you know if there's a miles table anywhere which will tell me how many miles I need.

I use skype and the Malaysian Enrich number to call them, seems to be OK, provided wifi is functioning well.

Tables for partner airlines found here.

Note: I am 99% confident that the figures quoted for partner awards (first table) are for return flights, but zones based on oneway distance, eg. MEL-LAX nonstop is 7921 miles, so that is Zone 6, and the points requirement is for a return flight (eg. 144,000 in business class). I think on some airlines you can do oneway at half the number of points, but not sure who.

Hi dajop, thanks for the skpye suggestion and the link. All starting to make sense now.

Why had I been looking for this info on the Enrich website when of course it's on the Airlines site...... :/)
