Please. Let it be true. Less blubber from Steve "pouting" Purvinas is only an improvement for Qantas.

(But no, I haven't heard anything on the Newswires).

I thought I was the only one who wanted to hit him over the head everytime he talks.... It always amuses me to hear him blame every single problem Qantas has on overseas maintaince.
 
I understand that there were some voluntary redundancies eventually offered a while back, after a lot of guessing games and uncertainty. May be true but if so it means not a lot of the VR's were taken and they may have had to go to involuntary/forced redundancies.
 
Well if it were true I would have thought there would be a thread on PPRuNe about it and I haven't been able to find
anything,I'm also told that QF is actually looking to hire a couple of LAME's for 747 work at Avalon.
