Ending iso one day, departing EK the next

A friend is currently in the Qld 7 day isolation period and after 3 days is asymptomatic. Their isolation period ends on Wednesday. They are booked to depart on an EK flight to Dubai the next day.

From what we read on the EK website and dubai entry, they meet the Vaccination criteria and are eligible to fly as they meet condition 1.

We don't see any requirement for a health declaration or recovery period. Anyone see something we've missed?

Requirements for all passengers arriving in Dubai​

From 26 February 2022, passengers travelling to Dubai from all countries (GCC included) must fulfil one of the below requirements:

1. Present a valid vaccination certificate(s) reflecting that the passenger is fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the WHO or the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and includes a QR code
2. Present a valid negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate issued within 48 hours from the time of sample collection to the time of boarding and the certificate must be issued by an approved health service provider with a QR code
3. Present a valid medical certificate issued by the relevant authorities that the passenger has recovered from COVID‑19 within 1 month from the date of recovery to the date of arrival

Can't see anything missed - on those criteria, it looks like a pax could fly into Dubai knowingly with covid as long as they could prove vaccination status.

I know of someone who flew into a Pacific country under the same timeline. They did take a recovery certificate (issued on the last day of iso) as they were staying in that country and they require a test within 2 days. It meant he didn't have to do that test.

Given I (unknowingly) flew from LHR into Adelaide with completely asymptomatic Covid, well, I think your friend is good to go as transit or otherwise. They could get a certificate if they were concerned. Most other countries have reduced iso to 5, if not zero.
