Empty middle seat in LH short-haul business class no longer guaranteed?

For some reason, Lufthansa now advertised the empty middle seat in its short-haul business class as "where available".

No idea if this is just to protect the company in case of legal action if someone is on an E190 without a middle seat (for example) or if it's a change in policy that LH will start filling the middle seats in J on busy short-haul flights. Either way, bizarre wording and would be a terrible change as that's currently one of the only real benefits of short-haul J in Europe.

This page of the Lufthansa website does still say the middle seat is always kept empty in business class on short and medium haul, so it could just be clumsy wording (although the German version of the LH booking page says "nach Verfügbarkeit" - according to availability - so it's not just lost in translation).
