Business Platinum: 60k per employee
Business Gold Plus: 50k per employee
Qantas Business: 40k QFF per employee
Business Explorer: 10k per employee

When stacked with the current referral offers these mean an effective sign on bonus of 530k points on the Business Platinum or 400k points on the Gold Plus!

Feel like it’s worth bumping this one as it really is an incredible offer. And for anyone who might be sitting out an AMEX exclusion period, consider this a workaround to enable a de facto sign up bonus. That’s exactly what I did - existing Velocity Business card holder ($99 per employee card for only 10,000 velocity points made it a non-starter) and applied for the Qantas Business Card. Applied for 3 employee cards and 15 minutes later I had 120,000 Qantas points waiting to be swept to my QBR account. That sweep occurred a few days later. I like this card so will keep it for a while but with the points sweep occurring before the end of the first statement you could very likely cancel before being charged the annual fee.

For anyone considering this strategy, I am able to refer to all cards offering the employee card bonus except the Explorer Business card. Any consideration would be much appreciated. Happy to provide my link via private message or you can find my links in the relevant referral threads.

Did you need to do much to apply for the second amex?
