Emirates Hair Cut

After being thoroughly un-impressed with my last QF First Class experience, I am giving them another go in a couple of days (QF9 MEL-DXB-LHR).

I'm also in need of a haircut and my schedule pre-departure is quite full.

What's the deal with the Emirates free hair cut in the First Class lounge in Dubai?
Do you book it? Or just show up?
Is it 24hr?

It's not that I have a problem paying for a haircut, but I honestly think I won't have time!
