Emirates code share flights not showing on Qantas website

Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone knows if Qantas is still doing code share flights with Emirates. Recently trying to purchase flights on Qantas website from MAD to SYD (one way) economy with Skyscanner showing is available with QF marketed flights but flown by Emirates. However Qantas website is not showing those flights. Does anyone know why?

I recently booked a KUL-SIN-MEL one way on a Qantas codeshare with the SIN-MEL leg operated by Emirates. The flight was not on the Qantas website too and only showed up on ITA Matrix and third party sites. Had to book through one of the third party sites unfortunately.

Flights I was after were showing up on third party sites, but not Qantas (syd-ams). I called Qantas to book, but while they could see the flight number I was after, they could not book them. Bizarre that Qantas can't sell me a Qantas numbered flight but a third party can. Also, Qantas advise there is no seat selection when booking Emirates code share. Ended up booking with Emirates.

Had a similar experience for HKG-LGW and just gave up and booked via Emirates. Sucks to have missed out on the SCs but thats really the only negative.
