emirates chauffeur drive

Will be flying Emirates, J, in July, Perth to Manchester (on my points)and was looking at the klm to the airports for the pick up chauffeur, in Man its 70 miles radius (116-klms) from the airport and Perth 45-klms, as i live about 64-k from the airport i think i will be obliged to pay a surcharge as its 14k over the limit,so my Q is why is there such a big difference between here and the UK.

Whilst the mods may wish to move this to 'Your Questions' as a more approprite subforum, in answer to your question I'd hazard a guess that it's because that's what has been arranged with Brunel/the relevant company for the fee that Emirates is paying.
