Hi all. I have booked on Qantas site two Business class fares Melbourne to London in July.
The seats on the Qantas planes were selling fast and at that stage they went via Darwin then London.
I checked flights down the list and found Emirates flights that stopped at Dubai. Great for us older guys with two long haul flights not so bad, instead of stopping in Singapore, Darwin etc. Now Qantas has put the Perth direct flight back but at a huge cost increase.
Now that I have two business class flights, bewdy I thought I would be eligible for chauffer drive seeing I am flying with Emirates.
No way can I book this service online and sending a question to Emirates they say take it up with Qantas. Qantas dropped chauffer drive for their business customers years ago. Any ideas from anyone.
Thanks Peter

Emirates chauffeur drive is not available on either award flights or on codeshares.

My understanding is that EK flights booked via QF site have QF codeshare numbers

That wasn't the case when I booked several a couple of years ago, and it's not significant in this case, as we're talking about an award ticket.

Wasn't clear from the post which is why I covered both options.
Rereading it I'd still lean to it being a non-award fare (possibly points+pay)
