Emirates charges $2K to fly J angled seats!

A350 both legs without Q Suites, but that's ok. Tickets cost me $2361 for a Classic fare. EK's copayment was $2308 but I'd have had to pay for a hotel in CGK and a train ticket from AMS to Paris. Very happy with the outcome.

That is an amazing price for J from CGK to Europe. You will earn SCs and points (QR or VA or QF!) on it as well. Even without Qsuites it is still much a better J product than EK.

If you have to stopover/overnight transit at DOH you can also take advantage of discounted accommodation from QR.
