EMIRATES have been publicly reprimanded by the European Union for persistently misleading customers on their websites.

The airline was put on the EU's "black list" – along with Turkish, Royal Air Maroc, Aeroflot, Northwest and Olympic.
 
I thought Emirates was one of the few airlines to have all inclusive airfare pricing on their website....

In Australia they have. But in general I don't think most people have been overly concerned with EK, as there +++'s have always only been around the $100-$150 mark, mainly govt taxes and airport charges, at times when other airlines where charging up to $1000. So EK had $1100+$150 in taxes, whilst others had $300+$850 in taxes/surcharges ...
 
Emirates demands EU apologise over misleading charges

DUBAI'S Emirates airline said it had demanded a public apology from the European Commission over a report accusing the carrier of misleading passengers over website ticket prices.

”Emirates has sent an official complaint to DG SANCO (European Commission Directorate General for Health and Consumers) requesting a public apology,” a statement said.
