So I came to look at booking my currently planned AKL via BNE -> AMS flight along with other planned flights for the year - to notice the enhancements.

I am mixed with opinions over their new booking engine, so will reserve judgement until it grows on me.

The main thing I have noticed is the enhancements, namely miles to upgrade with Flex (new Flex Plus) have increased. 12 months ago BNE-DXB was 45,000, now in the enhancements it is now 54,000 miles. DXB-LAX was 52,500 and now is 63,000, BNE-AKL has increased 500 miles from 12,000 to 12,500. The only route that is the same is BNE-SIN of 30,000 miles.

I have seen tier miles earn seem to be the same, but skyward miles have various degrees of either increasing or decreasing, and a decrease on my favorite AKL-SIN run.

Coming to book my AKL via BNE -> AMS flight as the new "Advance Search" function, I cannot control and book it as a Flex Plus on all sectors to get the lower burn rate for upgrades, so any help in other than calling them up, how to get this done online?
