EK booked with QF points cancellation

Hi. I have some EK seats booked via QF with points. I need a plan b should I contract covid and be unable to fly. How late can I cancel and receive all of my points and cash back?

I tried calling QF to answer my question but the member of staff in the South African call centre hung up on me

In general and from memory 24 hours, also avoid checking in online until you know you can travel.

@lukus g Must be cancelled before the scheduled departure time of the first flight in the booking for a full refund (less any applicable award cancellation fees - for which there are none this year).
