EK Award Seats being released to QF

Looking in early October. EF is showing award seat availability in J DXB - PER on EK, but no QF Classic Award available on these flights for most of October (let alone in J). Anyone know if some / any of these seats will be released to QF in time?

Is it worth calling Premium line and having a chat?

I just had a look and couldn't see a single award seat on EK in October between DXB and PER.

"D" is the only award/upgradable seat class on Emirates in J, no D class seats, no upgrades available.

Being in CNS have same problem so we normally go via HKG, only a 7 hour flight and we love the place anyway. So many seats out of HKG it's not funny to Europe or USA.
