Egyptair or Turkish Air long haul J?

Hi all,
I'm planning a trip to Egypt later this year and booking flights on points... I can get home to Perth with a combo involving either EgyptAir or Turkish Airlines, depending on the day. I've flown both, but only short haul. Can anyone shed light on a comparison between the two in long haul biz? I know MS is a 'dry' airline, but is that the main difference?

My only option on the way there on points is EgyptAir - maybe I should go Turkish on the way home for no other reason than variety?

My pick would be Turkish Airlines. But yes, why not try both and fly MS there and TK back?

Have never flown MS so can’t compare but I’ve found TK exceptional both times I have travelled with them and the TK Lounge at Ataturk is added bonus. One of the best lounges I’ve visited. Plenty of space although it can fill up pretty quickly and the food was amazing as it was onboard the aircraft

Far superior catering. Full flat beds in business (compared to very slight angle on the MS 777). Full range of beverages on TK. Better amenities.
