Economy Comfort on the new 777's

Just wondering what the economy comfort is like on the new 777's, I am going LAX-LHR in July and as EXP I have selected the economy comfort seat (for free) but I also have 8 unused system wide upgrades to use before Feb 28th, if the economy comfort is not that good, likely I will try for the free upgrade to J. SWMBO and the toddler apprentice SWMBO seem to think that the system wide upgrades are for them, so if I am going to use one on this LAX-LHR flight it will be because there is really no difference between the economy comfort and the normal Y
