I have now received all points owed.

I think Westpac could have managed this better, as their changing of crediting policies halfway through the promotion caused a lot of confusion and angst.

They have in my case however, made good.

Now to keep an eye out for a replacement card, as I pine for the 3 points per $1 I was earning on Earth Platinum

Finally received 20k points outstanding at last, which is within 100 points of my own calculation.

I hope the Krisflyer redemption is smoother!

I was short about 1.5 K.....and after asking about them had it rounded up to 3k

Westpacs customer service has been excellent, even if the points posting has been coughbersome.

Same here - all my outstanding points have been credited on 25 May, including bonus points that I had overlooked for a Qantas flight. I did have to make another phone call to nudge it along, but it's all good now.

Just an FYI - watch your letterbox for your EOY spend summary. I thought it was jolly decent of them to figure out the monthly spend for MC & Amex, and noting them separately. Will make it much easier to reconcile those missing points for those of us STILL waiting

The EOY spend summary was a good surprise.

Still waiting for points :shock: I've stopped checking as they were basically right + or - 500 points.
