Seems the MH flights is not well integrated into the Qantas and other one world alliance airline systems. Besides not able to redeem flights, the FFP connections are not working too.

My parents flew the MH Business Class (Z - booking class code, qualified as Business in QFFFP). The QFFFP came back declared the miles were claimed under other FFP, i.e. the points went to no where as the booking has only captured the QF FF number.

Any one has similar experience? pls share.

Also, in the absence of boarding pass, is there any chance we can claim the miles & SC back? as a round trip on Business means a lot in terms of SC.

This is occurring on Z-Class Fares when accruing on both BA and CX programmesas well as QF. It may well be more widespread, and is almost certainly related to the newness of MH in Oneworld. I don't know what the Qantas retro-claim process is like, but you will probably have to claim, be rejected, and then submit boarding passes, unless you know someone who can help!!

Email QFF copies of the parking passes, anything else include the online claims seem to fail despite this happening to quite a few people, I am baffled why someone does not fix it as its generating costly work.

My recent Z class MH flights also came back as claimed under another scheme. An email with boarding pass scans to QFF fixed it. The telephone reps first question was "is this for Malaysia Airlines" makes me think it is not an uncommon problem.
