Could I clarify what you mean by this? If I’m not in Points Club and I redeem a flight, I won’t earn SC and it won’t be an eligible flight. If I’m in PC and I redeem a flight, I will always earn SC and it will also be an eligible flight.

I’m wondering when would I be able to not earn SC but still have an eligible flight?
