I am planning to fly Melb - Barcelona and return via Bangkok in October 2018. For the round trip four Qantas flights (QF8409, QF8187, QF8186 and QF8384), are operated by Emirates, and two (QF24 and QF471) are operated by Qantas.
Could members confirm that the QF flights operated by Emirates earn QFF points, and am I required to do anything special in order to receive these award points.
Thanks in advance
Bush

If you have a QF flight number on your ticket then you earn points and status credits as if they were normal Qantas-operated flights.

If you have an EK flight number then you only earn points (no SCs), and at a reduced rate.

You don't need to do anything special except make sure your FF number is in your booking.

OK, nice and clear.
Thanks Opusman.

And remember to keep your Boarding passes Incase you have to follow up with QFF for a missing points claim
