Earn up to 110 Qantas Status Credits on the ground

Just filled up at BP and there is a trap for the unwary - the terminal comes up with a question whether you want to accept the $$$ discount - lady at the register said numerous people today already pressed 'cancel' automatically like you do when you don't want to redeem points. She was warning them but they were often too quick.
There is a setting in the BPme app to turn off the ability to redeem points at BP. You can find this by going to Account -> My reward settings -> Points redemption: On/Off.

Fuel purchase after "QF card" scan:
Use 5% Discount : Accept
Use QFF points to pay: Decline
Scan credit card.

In the Android app it wanted me to "Register" for the offer.
When I clicked on the register button, it finally admitted I was already registered.
The Woolworths and BP options are the only two I expect to have "a chance"
Sometimes that is the luck of low budget wandering

Filled up today, have my QFF linked to BP ( this is required) - no discount or extra points 🤷‍♀️

This might explain why I didn't receive the discount or bonus points (only standard points). The EFTPOS terminal didn't even prompt me to do anything.

Might make a complaint to BP and see what comes of it. T&Cs of the offer don't suggest you need to anything more than scan your card at check-out.

The BPrewards site suggests that the outcome will be 5 points for the 5c discount not applying

"Valid Between: 06/10/25 – 12/10/25 up to 100 litres per transaction. * Scan your registered BP Rewards card or BP Rewards linked Qantas Frequent Flyer Card. Cannot be combined with any other fuel discount. Available at participating BP Rewards Service Stations. Fuel cards and BPme transactions are not eligible. If the discount cannot be applied due to a technical issue, BP will award 1 Point per cent of discount. Full terms and conditions available at bprewards.com.au"

Of course there is the 5x point to also follow up.

I'm also curious if you received the offer email or not.

Interesting. That would get me quite close to the 1000 points required, so wouldn’t be a terrible outcome.

Also thought that maybe the station I fuelled up at isn’t a “participating BP Rewards Service Station”, but can’t find a list of these published anywhere. Was just a regular suburban BP, so would be surprised if this was the case.

Haven’t heard back from BP today.

Not sure if this link helps. Also not sure which filter to use!

This BP points is very confusing.
Signed up a few days ago for the SC deal, filled up the car today.

scanned QF card, worked
eftpos machine comes up asking do i want the $1.70 discount, i pressed yes
then is asked if i wanted to re-deem QF points, i pressed cancel (no)
then when i went to scan motorpass card, it wouldn't work
The cashier re-set it again, and i followed the same actions, she then complained to me and said i shouldn't have pressed cancel? (during the re-deem points question) and that I have now frozen the terminal so I had to wait for her to switch terminals.

She served about 4 other people and then asked me to switch across to another terminal, she re-did the fuel, this time she demanded i press 'no' for the fuel discount, so I didn't get it and then again no for the redeem points. She kept telling me it was all my fault for pressing the wrong thing on the other side and to do what she told me.
receipt that printed out suggests that i am not eligible for QF points on the transaction now? Also didn't get the fuel discount and I'm supposed to get a 3-4c discount through the motorpass card as well?

I signed up and paid 2 bills ~$3000 total with sniip, but just now when i was scanning the QF deal for it you have to use a rewards code during your first transaction and you will get 2000 bonus points, doh!
looks like i'm signing up the wife for an account on the next few ATO bills.

I have the pop up and have only done the Marriott transfer fwiw, points hit dated as the first of this month so that one is quite prompt

I have only done the Marriott transfer (with a date of 2 October), but haven't got the pop up. I'm still getting the following message:-

When I click the register now it takes me to a page where when I scroll down it says I have already registered.

I dismissed that notification (on Android) but haven't had the "progress" one pop up yet.

Just read read T's and C's, SC will land 6 - 8 weeks
If not before. You’ll hear it here first when the do.

I had some monthly CC points transfer yesterday. No email, no pop-up but the clocks ticking. We’ll see how long - not that I need them…
