This has been around since 2015. And by personal experience is a pain.

I had booked and flight to Singapore with EK.However, i had to reschedule my return with EK but on a different date, and ended up getting only a single flight's worth of Starpoints.

After many follow ups with Emirates, I have given up getting any points from it.

Personally, i dont care much about this way unless you are gold/plat with EK.

Just my 2 cents though!

Nice to know for when EK flights cannot be credited to QFF.

I am not sure if that was the case cause both my flights were booked with EK. Its been more than 2 months and I still haven't heard back from Emirates.

If that's the case that we can get credit for not getting credit for a EK flight when flying with their partner then this is a bit unfair specially for us getting all Qantas flights.
